FRANKENMUTH, Mich. – May 29, 2021 – Jake and Elwood – the famed Blues Brothers – pay a visit to the Bavarian Inn Restaurant in June as part of a musical tribute series featuring both a matinee and a dinner show.
The first in a series of three tribute shows planned this year at the Restaurant, the Blues Brothers perform on Wednesday, June 9, with reservations still available for the 6:30 p.m show.
Considered among the finest Blues Brothers around, “The Soul Men” take on the personas of Jake and Elwood during their high energy, family-friendly performance that is fast paced and full of Blues Brothers favorites.
Along with a rollicking performance, guest will enjoy a hearty chicken plate meal prepared by the Bavarian Inn Restaurant culinary team.
The cost is $45 per person (plus processing fee) for the show and meal, which comes with a choice of milk, tea, coffee or a fountain drink. Tax and gratuity are also included. Reservations and pre-payment required at bavarianinn.com/events.
Later in the year the Bavarian Inn Restaurant will host two more matinee/dinner tribute shows, one featuring Janis Joplin performer Carrie Westbay on Wednesday, Sept. 14, and a wonderful holiday show, “A Barry Merry Christmas,” with Frank Sternett as Barry Manilow. That performance is planned for Wednesday, Dec. 1.
